基于优化准则的IC引线框架级进模工序设计

摘要 工序排样是级进模CAD系统应用的瓶颈 ,结合IC引线框架类工件特征 ,从级进模设计经验中总结出优化准则 ,提出适用于开发这一特定类工件的简化排样方法 ,满足CAD系统的自动化要求 。 The strip layout is one of the most difficult part of the precision progressive die CAD system because of the knowledge intensive characteristics.The specialty of IC lead frame is addressed,the empirical rules are also studied and analyzed Then an efficient algorithm is presented After dividing the complex loop into many smaller and simpler ones,we can obtain the geometric information of these loops and get the matrix based on the intensity rule Combining the optimizing rules,the algorithm can accomplish the strip layout design.
