The paper offered an analysis on the causes for the problems facing the management and protection of China' s proprietary intellectual property in the technology innovation processes, gave an introduction for EU' s approach on this issue, and explored the way of using intellectual property contract for strengthening management of technology innovation under China' s current condition.
