摘要 根据汽、液两相流体的物理特性及两相混合流动时的动力学原理,设计了汽液自调型液位控制器,给出了其设计公式,并对其调节原理、经济性进行了分析.在工业实际中的应用表明,该控制器能够满足工业生产的实际需要,因其无运动部件,克服了国内外同类产品易卡涩、磨损、腐蚀和泄漏等问题,使用寿命长;全密封装置无泄露、安全可靠;自调节能力强;液位稳定;不消耗电能和机械能.在电力、石油及化工等需要维持液位的行业中具有广泛的应用前景. A new liquid level controller is successfully developed in virtue of the physical properties and the hydrodynamic theory of vapor-liquid two-phase flow. The detailed design formulae for this controller are given and its adjustment principles and economics are analyzed. Its successful application in actual industries demonstrates that the new liquid level controller could satisfactorily meet the requirements of industrial productions. This controller has no movable component and has overcome the shortages of other products such as easily blocked, worn, corroded, leaked and so on. Its advantages are as follows: longer life, wholly sealed equipment with no leakage, safety and high reliability, stronger self-adjustment, stable liquid level, and no electric or mechanical energy consumption. This new liquid level controller has a broad application in the regions of power plant, petroleum and chemical engineering.
