摘要
为了提高具有螺旋进气道的内燃机的进气通流能力,利用三维、可压、粘性、湍流流动模型,采用求解压力耦合方程的半隐算法(SIMPLE),对其流场进行了研究,并分析了气道倾斜角、气道位置等进气系统参数对流场特性的影响.通过研究发现:由于螺旋气道结构的复杂性,结构参数对具有螺旋进气道的进气系统的影响十分复杂;气道倾斜角、气道位置对缸内流动的影响是双向的.另外,螺旋气道的总压力损失主要发生在气道部分.经实验验证,该模型和方法是正确的.
For improving the flow capability of gas-exchange system in diesel with helical intake duct, the flow field in helical intake duct was studied by using the semi-implicit method for the pressure-linked equation (SIMPLE) solution and the three-dimensional compressible viscous turbulent flow model. The effects of the duct inclining angle and position on the characteristic of the flow field were analyzed. As the complexity of the structure of helical intake duct, the effects of the structure parameters on the intake system with helical intake duct are quite complicated. The effects of the duct inclining angle and position on the flow in cylinder are of two way type. The total pressure loss of helical intake duct mainly takes place in the duct. The model and the method are proved to be correct by experiments.
