DENG Xiao-ping, the chief architect and designer of China's Reform and Open Policy, has led Chinese people to the great achievement of realizing the country's modernization, which, to a great extent, owed to his solicitudes of people and the guidance of his people-oriented thinking. This paper expounds the basic principle, thoughtway and general characteristics of Deng's economy-culture-politics-in-one people-oriented thinking.
