On the Implementation of “ Three Represents” in the Work of Labour Union and the Performance of the Function of Maintenance

江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要思想 ,不仅是我们党的立党之本、执政之基、力量之源 ,而且继承、丰富和发展了马克思主义工运理论 ,为新时期工会工作指明了方向。本文在深刻理解“三个代表”科学内涵的基础上 ,结合教育工会的实际 ,从搞好“三个维护”、狠抓“三项工程”入手 ,对在工作中如何实践“三个代表”重要思想作了初步探讨。

JIANG Ze-min's important thought of “ Three Represents” is not only the foundation of the es-tablishment of the Party, the cornerstone of governance and the source of strength, but also a continuation, enrichment and development of Marxist theory of labour union movement. Meanwhile, it directs the ori-entation of the work of the labour union in the new era. This paper , on the basis of both a better under-standing of the scientific connotation of “Three Represents” and the combination with the practical work of the educational labour union, explores the approach to the implementation of the important thought of “Three Represents” by means of carrying out “Three Projects”.
