电解催化氧化法处理L—乳酸精制残留液的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 电解催化氧化法能很好地降解高浓度有机废水中的有机污染物 ,是一种高级氧化技术。针对L—乳酸精制残留液CODcr值约高达 14 0 0 0 0mg L的特点 ,本文对电解催化氧化处理L—乳酸精制残留液进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,在直流电解电流密度为 2 80A m2 时 ,电解 12小时 ,并消解 5天 ,CODcr的去除率为 98.5 7% ,脱色率为 5 2 .77%。 The electrolytic catalytic oxidation method can degrade high concentration organic wastewater effectively. It is a kind of APO. The CODcr of refining residue of L-lactic acid reaches 140000 mg/l, so here we make a study of treating the refining residue by this method.The results show that when the density of direct current is 280 A/m 2,and if the time of electrolysis is twelve hours and the time of dispel is five days,the removal rate of CODcr can reach 98.57%,and the rate of decolour can reach 52.77%.
