天然石材广泛用于建筑工程中 ,外墙石材饰面常常出现泛白、空鼓、开裂、脱落等质量通病。产生这种现象的因素有两个方面 :一是内部因素 ,即石材的内部结构和化学成分 ;二是外部因素 ,即所装饰的建筑物本身的材料结构、环境污染及石材饰面的安装工艺等因素。内部因素引起的预防措施有两种 :一是填塞石材的毛细孔即填塞法 ,二是在抛光板材表面涂抹防护剂。外部因素引起的预防措施有四种 :一是降低建筑材料内部可溶性盐和碱的含量 ,二是提高基材的抗渗性 ,三是对建筑物表面进行处理 ,四是采用石材饰面干挂法施工工艺。

The natural stone material of summary is widely used in the construction work, but the stone material veneer of outer wall often gives away the common faults of quality, such as whitening, hollowing, fracturing, coming off, etc. The factor of producing this kind of phenomenon has two respects: First, the internal factor, namely the inside structure of the stone material and chemical composition; second, the external factor, namely the material structure of the building itself decorated, the installation crafts of environmental pollution and stone material veneer,etc. There are two kinds of precautionary measures that the internal factor causes: First, Clog capillary pore of stone material, the method of instantly clogging; second, daub the protective cating on the polishing panel surface. There are four precautionary measures that the external factor causes: First, reduce the content of the soluble salt and alkali within the construction material; second, improve the anti_permeability of the sill; third, deal with the building surface; fourth, adopt the dry_hanging method of the stone material veneer to construct.
