摘要
用球状烧结碳化钨取代粒状铸造碳化钨 ,加入一定量的自熔性合金 ,自制薄管焊条 ,分析了焊条的组成、性能和耐磨性。并对盘式钻头进行齿面强化试验。研究表明 ,自制薄管焊条流动性好 ,焊件耐磨性高 ;盘式钻头齿面强化后 。
Thin wall welding rod can be made by replying the granular cast tungsten carbide with spherical sintered tungsten carbide,adding certain quantity of self fluxing alloy.The paper analyzes the composition,performance and wear resistance of the rod.Intensified test on tooth surface of disc bit is carried out.The study shows that the self made thin wall welding rod is featured by high mobility,high wear resistance of weldment.The bench test shows that the performance of well drilling with disc bit whose tooth surface is intensified is very good.
