糖萜素对贵妃母鸡消化器官中肥大细胞数的影响

Effect of Saccharicterpenin on the Number of Mast cells in Liver and Duodenum of royal Hens

试验采用 10 8只健康无病贵妃母鸡进行糖萜素饲喂实验 ,分为试验Ⅰ组 (基础日粮 +5 0 0mg/kg的糖萜素 )、试验Ⅱ组 (基础日粮 +70 0mg/kg的糖萜素 )和对照组 (基础日粮 +15 0mg/kg的杆菌肽锌 ) 3组 ,通过改良甲苯胺蓝染色法观察十二指肠和肝脏中肥大细胞数目的变化。研究结果表明 :试验Ⅱ组中的十二指肠中的肥大细胞数目极显著增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,肝脏中肥大细胞显著增多(P <0 .0 5 ) ;试验Ⅰ组中的十二指肠肌层肥大细胞数目显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,十二指肠粘膜层和肝脏中肥大细胞数目增加不明显 ,但仍明显高于对照组。

108 royal hens were selected and randomly allotted into three groups to be tested for observing the effects of saccharicterpenin added into diets on the numbers of mast cells in liver and duodenum of royal hens by improved totuidine dye methods. The Control group was treated as the basic diet plus 150 mg/kg zinc bacitracin. The diet of Group Treatment I contained 500 mg/kg saccharicterpenin, and that of Group Treatment II contained 700 mg/kg saccharicterpenin. The results showed that in Group Treatment II the numbers of mast cells in duodenum increased ( P <0.01), and that in live increased significantly too ( P <0.05). In Group Treatment I, the numbers of mast cells in liver and duodenum were also higher than those in the control. And that in the muscle layer of duodenum increased significantly. The results indicate that the digestion function of the liver and duodenum in royal hens may increase when saccharicterpenin was added into diets.
