摘要
主要对铝带拉弯矫直机设备及其延伸率控制原理进行了介绍,并详细地论述了智能PID控制的控制规则以及使用PLC完成其控制的硬件配置和软件实现。通过延伸率智能PID控制的实践可以看出,延伸率ε显示稳定,系统响应快,没有超调,操作简单,能够满足机械系统各项性能指标和工艺参数要求,说明所述智能PID控制规则及方法是可行的,且效果是显著的。
The aluminum strip tension leveler and its elongation control principl e are introduced. At the same time, the control rule of PID intell igent control of elongation and hardware configuration by PLC and the software realization of control rule are studied in detail. Through the application of th e elonga tion intelligent PID control, it shows that the method and rule of elongation intelligent PID control is feasible, and the effect of control is s alience.
