摘要
针对某进口电瓷抽屉窑,提出了一个两级计算机控制系统改造方案,第一级为SCC级,采用研华IPC工业控制机;第二级为DDC级,采用欧陆(Eurotherm)815温控器,通过变频调速器控制输油计量泵的供油量以达到控制窑内温度的目的;采用两个D/A输出模块,解决了加热与冷却两个反向控制的问题;取消了还原烧嘴,通过高速等温烧嘴的空燃比的控制来达到还原等级控制的目的。经改造后的自动控制系统大大优于原系统,从而大幅度提高了产品烧成质量。
A reforming scheme of two-level computer control system is presen ted for an imported shuttle kiln. The system configuration, the m ethods of temperature control and oxidizing & reducing process control are intro duced. The first level is SCC, which is an industrial computer. The second level is DDC, which is composed of 10 Eurotherm 815 temperature controllers. The cont rollers control the petroleum pumps through VVVF to control temperature in the k iln. The old reducing spray guns are cut off. Reducing levels are controlled by air-fuel ratio logical system. The reformed automatic control system is better than the old system. So the quality of ceramic calcine is raised obviously.
