摘要
针对工业循环水的处理问题,开发了循环水自动加药计算机监控系统。为保证系统的可靠性,采用IPC和PLC组成上、下两级监控系统。上位机主要承担监测和管理任务,应用程序全部采用组态软件实现。下位机使用梯形图语言编程,实现PLC的实时数据采集和自动控制功能。根据实际需要,采用多种控制方案完成药剂的投加工作。系统具有安全可靠、功能完善、操作简便、性能价格比高等优点,大大提高了工业循环水处理的自动化水平并取得了较好的经济效益。
Aimed at the treating problem of the industrial circulating water, auto-medicating computer supervisory control system is developed by using the industrial personal computer(IPC) and programmable logic controller(PLC). Monitoring and managing t asks were mainly taken on by up-level machine and its all applying programs were realized by the configuration softwares. Real -time data acquisition and automation control function were realized by down- level machine using ladder diagram language. According to real requirements, man y kinds of control schemes were adopted to realize medicating task. This system has advantages of safety, reliability, perfect function, convenience operation a nd high price performance. The automation technology in course of treating circu lating water is greatly improved and remarkable economy benefit is gained .
