单纯经尿道电气化术治疗女性腺性膀胱炎

Pure transurethral electrovaporization treat female cystitis glandularis

目的:探讨女性腺性膀胱炎的诊断和经尿道电气化术的疗效。方法:对23例女性腺性膀胱炎患者行经尿道电气化术治疗。结果:23例获得6～36个月(平均20个月)随访。19例治愈,4例好转,其中2例6～10个月复发,均无癌变。结论:膀胱镜检结合组织活检对女性腺性膀胱炎早期诊断非常重要;单纯经尿道电气化术是治疗女性腺性膀胱炎最有效的治疗方法。

Objectives To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment with transurethral electrovaporization for female cystitis glandularis. Methods 23 female cases of cystitis glandularis diagnosed were purely treated with transurethral eledtrova porization .Results ALL 23 cases have been follwed up 6-36months with a mean of 20months. 19 cases were cured, 4 cases improved but recurred 6-10months after treatment. Conclusion: Cystoscope examination with pathologic studies was important in the early diagnosis of female cystitis glandrlaris ; pure transurethral eletrovaporization may be the most effective than other means for femal cystitis glandularis.
