摘要
介绍了步进电机同步运行误差的检测,包括硬件和软件的设计。首先需要利用光电编码器把实际电机运行的距离转换成方波输出的电信号,接着采用四倍频电路,将光电编码器输出的方波信号转化为一路频率为原信号频率四倍的方波信号,计算两相步进电机之间运行的同步误差,然后通过ISA总线或者串口传输数据。ISA总线上的数据传输主要通过数据锁存的方法,串口的数据传输主要采用查询的方法。实际系统应用表明,该检测方法简单,能够准确地反映实际系统中电机之间运行的同步误差。
The design of the error checking-up board of step electromotors is introduced including the software and the hardware design.It discusses that conve rting the distance, electromotors have run into th e impulse of the coders,then converting it into another kind of impuls which has four times frequence,calculating the error of two electromotors running,tra nsferring the data to computer by ISA or serial port.It transfers the data wi th t he flip-latch by ISA and with query by serial port.In practice,the system c an be tested error simply and exactly.
