关于高职教育模式创新的思考

On Consideration of Model Innovating in High Vocational Education

高职教育发展要走创新之路 ,勇于探索高职教育的新模式 ,这就要求对培养目标进行准确定位 ,为模式创新提供前提 ;要依靠行业和行业协会办学 ,保持院校与行业的有效沟通 ,形成“校企互动”的办学模式 ;按照夯实基础、拓宽口径 (以满足岗位群和职业流动的需求 )、强化技能的原则 ,建立公共基础学科 (即工具学科 )、专业基础理论学科、专业技能三级教学平台 ,形成独具特色的教学模式 ;长远规划 ,建立机制 ,优化结构 ,致力于建设“理论型”、“技能型”、“双师型”三支教师队伍 ,为高职教育模式的创新奠定基础。

To vocational education, in order to make innovation and explore new model of high vocational education, the following points should be drawn much attention: first, to make cultivated object find the right position so as to provide prerequisite to model innovation; Second, to run college by depending trade and trade association so as to keep communication between colleges and trade, and form the model of 'interaction between college and enterprise'; third, to establish public basic subjects ( tool subjects), basic theoretical subjects, major competence and skills, which form ' three-level-platform of teaching ' , according to some principles ,such as, enforcing basic knowledge, widening requirements ( to meet the needs of post groups and vocational flowing ),strengthening competence and skills; fourth, to establish reasonable mechanism and structure aiming at developing teachers, who are good at theories, competence and skills, theories with practices, so as to lay a fountain for model innovation of high vocational education.
