摘要
人体的运动是在神经系统支配下进行的有意识的活动 ,有意识的活动既能产生良好的运动效果 ,也能培养人的思维能力。体育教学需要将学生的身体活动与思维活动紧密联系 ,借助这一平台 ,采用多元化的讲授技巧和练习手段 ,培养学生的思维意识并发展学生的思维能力。思维能力的培养 ,可从比较思维、组织思维、持续思维和飞跃思维四个方面去进行。
The physical exercises are the activities which are controlled by the nerves . The controlled activities can not only enable people to achieve good results of exercises but also develop their thinking abilities . In physical education, the students' physical activities must be closely integrated with their thinking activities . We can foster the students' sense of thinking and develop their abilities of thinking by using all kinds of teaching skills and training methods . Thinking abilities can be developed in the 4 following ways: comparison thinking , organization thinking , coherent thinking and leap thinking .
