中外教育改革比较看我国体育与健康教育中的师资培养

The Cultivation of PE Teacher in Background of PE and Health Education

通过分析上世纪教育发达国家美国与法国的教育改革的成功经验 ,结合我国目前的体育与健康教育的实施 ,认为要确保体育教育新理念的正确贯彻 ,必须注重体育师资的培养。具体需注意以下 3方面 :1)设立严格的体育教师资格认证标准 ;2 )建立教师在岗进修与学位晋升体制 ;3)切实提高体育教师的工资待遇。

After analyzing the successful experience of education reformation in the United States and France in last century , combine with our practice in PE education,the author thinks that we should pay more and more attention to the cultivating of PE teacher in order to fulfil the new idea . He thinks that we should do some things in three fields : first , to build a strict standard of PE teacher's qualification ; second , to build a system of in-service training and promoting in academy degree ; third , to raise the level of salary of PE teacher.
