Difference Research between AD Rates Based on Different Hypotheses under Dynamic Game of Imperfect Information

本文首先根据博弈论及经济学有关原理,分别推导出依据现行反倾销法律法规规定的计算行政复审反倾销税率的公式以及按照国内社会福利最大化原则的计算行政复审反倾销税率的优化模型;其次,根据经济学有关原理对计算行政复审反倾销税率进行比较研究,发现现行反倾销税率的计算公式存在诸多缺陷;最后。

In accordance with the principles of game theory and economics,the authors first derived two models for calculating AD rates based on current regulations of AD and the principle of maximizing domestic social welfare,respectively.The authors then made a comparative analysis of the two models,and concluded that there are several shortcomings in the AD rate model based on current regulations of AD.Finally,the authors suggested that both China and WTO should use the optimal model for calculating the AD rate.
