高效液相色谱法测定连翘配方颗粒中连翘苷的含量

Determination of Forsythin in Lianqiao Extracts by HPLC

目的 :采用 HPL C法测定连翘配方颗粒中连翘苷的含量。方法 :以 C1 8化学键合胶柱为固定相 ,乙腈 -水 ( 2 5∶ 75 )为流动相 ,UV检测波长为 2 77nm。结果 :加样回收率为 96.42 % ,RSD =0 .77% ( n=5 ) ,连翘苷在 0 .40 8～ 3 .2 64μg范围内 ,进样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999。结论 :方法准确 ,快速 ,简便 ,重现性好 。

Objective: To develop a method to determine the contents of forsythin in Lianqiao Extracts. Methods: The separation was performed on C 18 column with acetonitrile-water (25∶75) as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 277 nm. Results: The separating degree and the linearity of this method were good with the average recovery:96.42%, RSD=0.77%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, quick, simple and highly reproducible. It can be used for determination of Lianqiao Extracts.
