小儿肺炎电超导治疗的研究

Treatment of Pneumonia by Using Electrical Superconductive

目的 评价电超导辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法 所有144例,治疗组84例,对照组60例,对照组应用抗生素,同时止咳,化痰,平喘对症处理,治疗组在以照组的基础上超导辅助治疗,疗程一周。结果治疗组总有效率100％,总痊愈率92.86％。而对照组总有效率仅为71.67％。结论 在原有治疗基础上加用电超导,可明显提高治愈率及总有效率。

Objective evaluate the clinical curative effect of electrical superconductivity method for pneumonia in children. Methods we treated cough asthma and attenuation of 144 patients by using autibiotics in our hospital. Among them 84patients( group Ⅰ ) , use electrical superconductivity method and compared it with rest of 60patients(group Ⅱ ) , we treated them for one week. Results We recorded the condition of temperature, cough, gasping and pulmonary rales in patients. After starting treatment we daily recorded nomal temperature recovery. disappearing time of cough ,, disappearing time of pulmonary rales and also whole treatment time. Regardless of every aspect the curative effect in group Ⅰ was better than group Ⅱ , curative rates of group Ⅰ was 100% , and general recovery rates was 92.86% . on the contrary the recovery rates of group Ⅱ was 71.62% . Contusion So the use of electrical superconductivity method in treating pneumonia in children along with autibiotic treatment has better and higher clinical curative and clinical recovery rates.
