儒家道德思想对当前高校道德教育的启示

Confucian Morals Enlightenment in Present Morality Education of Institutions of Higher Learning

儒家学说从性善的人性假设出发 ,以和谐为价值观念 ,为实现圣贤的理想人格 ,建构了一套以仁、义、礼、智、信“五常德”为基本原则的道德规范体系 ,为中华民族乃至全人类留下了丰富的道德精神财富 ,这对当代大学生的道德修养仍有借鉴作用。有必要引入儒家“仁”的思想 ,养成大学生助人为乐的高尚道德习惯 ;引入儒家“义”的观念 ,建立大学生现代义利观 ;引入“礼”的观念 ,树立大学生文明健康的道德形象 ;引入儒家强调“仁且智”的观念 ,培养德才兼备的现代化人才 ;引入“信”的道德观念 ,提高大学生自我道德修养。

Based on the hypothesis of humaneness and the value of harmony for the purpose of calling an ideal personality into being,Confucianism has constructed a set of moral framework like benevolence,justice,courtesy,wisdom and trustworthiness,leaving a rich spiritual legacy to the Chinese and even the world peoples,which contribute to the morality cultivation.It is indisoensable for us to introduce confucian ideology to the collegians so as to foster their benevolent sentiment that will put themselves on the behavior of always being ready to help,to set up their modern value of justice and benefit,to create moral images featuring civilization and health,to establish the notion of self-improvement in morality education and finally to be a talent of integrity needed in modernized society.
