摘要
本文介绍了一种基于SST89F581单片机的非线性自动烤烟系统的设计原理,并对8路高速12位A/D转换芯片MCP32082、语音合成芯片API1808A3、看门狗芯片X250454、D/A转换芯片TLC75285作了简要介绍。本系统不仅能够控制10种烤烟温度曲线,而且能在线修改运行曲线,很好地实现了非线性控制。
This paper introduced the desig n principle of nonlinear-control tobacco-bake automatic system,in which the SST89F58microcomputer is core.The integ rated circuit chips of 8-route hig h-speed12-bit analog -dig ital converter MCP3208,voice synthesizer API8108A,watch dog X25045,dig ital-analog converter TLC7528in this system are briefly explained.This system could not only control 10kinds of temperature curves,but also on-line correct working temperature curve,so it realizes nonlinear control ideally.
