Current Status and Improvement of Crushing and Grinding System in Fenghuangshan Copper Mine

摘要 The processing ability of mills has never satisfied the design requirements, unit power comsumption for grinding is very high, since Feng Huang Shan copper mine was put into operation thirty years ago. After field investigation, analysis calculation, the measures was taken that crushing system is keep current status, rob grinding system is stopped, the balls in ball-grinding mill are bigger than before, increasing comprehensive filling factor of the balls and rotating speed, so as to greatly improve the processing ability and power availability of3.2 ×3.1m ball-grinding mill [ The processing ability of mills has never satisfied the design requirements, unit power comsumption for grinding is very high, since Feng Huang Shan copper mine was put into operation thirty years ago.
