A Summary of Agricultural Biological Warfare

文中根据作者掌握的文献资料 ,介绍了农业生物战的历史 ;概述了农业生物战的成因及危害 ,成因包括四个方面 ,一是现代农业资源的脆弱性 ,二是具有隐蔽性强的特点 ,三是实施容易、成本低 ,四是存在经济实体进行隐蔽性农业攻击的可能性。危害包括三个方面 :一是造成巨大的经济损失 ,二是影响食物链 ,造成严重影响 ,三是针对平民。提出了预防农业生物战的措施 ,一是增加经费投入 ,加大研究力度 ,二是加快侦检装备的研制 ,三是建立反应机制 。

This paper introduces the history of agricultural biological warfare according to the documentary materials mastered by the author, sums up the formation causes of agricultural biological warfare and its hazard. The formation causes include four aspects: (1) the fragility of modern agriculture sources; (2) having high covert features; (3) easy to implement at low cost; (4) having the possibility of convert agricultural attacks by economic entities. Hazard includes three aspects: (1) producing heavy economic loses; (2) influencing the food chains and making heavy losses; (3) aiming at common people. The paper puts forward recommended methods of preventive agricultural biological warfare. One is to increase the fund input and strengthen the research work; two is to accelerate research on monitoring equipment; three is to set up reaction mechanisms; and four is to unfold education and training.
