On the Technological Flowsheet Transformation of No.5 Grinding Line in Bao Steel's Concentrator

根据包钢选矿厂 5系列磨矿工艺流程改造的实践经验 ,分析了 5系列磨矿流程改造的 3种技术方案 ,并从中选择出应用于实际生产中的最佳方案。经过磨矿工艺流程改造后 ,在确保现有生产能力不变的前提下 ,最终磨矿细度控制在 - 2 0 0目占 90 %以上 ,流程改造取得令人满意的磨矿指标。

Based on the practical experience of Bao Steel's concentrator,three technical transformation alternatives for No.5 Grinding Line were analysed and the most practical and optimum one was selected.After the transformation and under the prerequisite of maintaining the existing producton capacity,the final grinding particle size can be controlled at over 90%-200 mesh,achieving satisfactory grinding performance.
