摘要 对低剂量辐射效应研究中的主要问题 ,诸如线性无阈假设、辐射致癌危险评价、辐射致癌机理以及辐射旁效应进行了综述 ,并概要介绍了分子流行病学在辐射效应研究中的应用及其研究现状。 Summarization was made of some important problems in the biological effects of low dose radiation studies, such as the Linear No Threshold Hypothesis, the evaluation of the risk of radiation carcinogensis, the mechanisms of radiation carcinogensis and the bystander effect of radiation. At the same time, the application of the molecular epidemiology in studies of radiation protection and its current status were introduced briefly.
