摘要
介绍了重油催化裂化装置反应和分馏系统设备结焦的原因和采取的对策。控制合适的操作条件 ,在大油气管线进分馏塔入口处增加蒸汽环管 ,可以有效防止结焦。分馏系统加注油浆防垢剂及控制合适的外甩油浆量和分馏塔底温度 ,可以有效防止结焦。这些措施取得了较好的效果 ,使装置连续运行时间达到 73 0d。
Coking in the reaction and fractionation system of RFCC unit is described together with the countermeasures adopted. Coking at the inlet of large gas line to fractionator has been effectively prevented by setting up steam circle pipes under appropriate operation conditions. Coking in the fractionation system has been resolved by injecting slurry antifoulant and controlling the amount of slurry running down and the bottom temperature. Good results have been obtained with the abovementioned measures and the unit has continuously run for 730 days.
