摘要
研究了β晶型成核剂及其用量对不同牌号聚丙烯力学性能的影响,并对其进行了正交偏光显微镜观察、DSC和大角X射线衍射分析。研究表明:添加β成核剂后,聚丙烯晶型由α晶型向β晶型转变,韧性大大增强,用量在0.6%时,均聚聚丙烯悬臂梁冲击强度提高了4倍左右,达到最大值,而共聚聚丙烯的增韧效果不是很明显。
The influences of β nucleator and nucleator amount on the mechanical behavior o f various brands of polypropylene were studied.In addition,wide angle Xray(WAX D),DSC,PM were used to characterize the structure,morphology and mechanical beha vior of the nucleated PP.The results showed that the α crystalline form was tra nsformed to β crystalline form, and impact resistance of PP was enhanced clearl y by the addition of βnucleating agent.The Izod impact strength of homopolyme rization PP was increased about by four times,achieved the highest value when 0 6% by weight was added,and the toughening effect of βnucleating agent on ho mopolymerization PP was more significant than that on copolymerization PP.
