用电渗析脱盐法复原酸法地浸地下水的研究 被引量:7

摘要 对某铀矿地浸退役的采场地下水采用自动倒极电渗析(EDR)法进行脱盐的现场试验表明,该方法对酸法地浸地下水的复原是较为有效的。当退役采场地下水中TDS为10~12g/L,脱盐至TDS≤1g/L时,脱盐率大于90%,淡水回收率达到60%~70%,回收淡水电耗5kW·h/m3,脱盐流程长12~13m,电流效率为80%,膜对每m2处理能力0.22~0.24m3/d。 The study focus undergrounder water restoration of acid insitu leaching process with electrodialysis desalination in Yining Uranium Mine.It is shown in field test that electrodialysis desalination in an effective method for underground water restoration of acid insitu leaching process.When TDS of undergroundwater at the decommissioning stope is 10~12 g/L,and TDS will be less than 1 g/L after the desalination process,the desalination rate is more than 90%,freshwater recovery 60%~70%,power consumption for freshwater recovery 5 kW·h/m3,the distance of the desalination flow 12~13 m,current efficiency 80%,and the throughput of the twin membrane 0.22~0.24 m3/(m2·d).
