摘要 本文分析了我国各省(区)4213份黍稷品种的蛋白质、脂肪、赖氨酸含量,筛选出高蛋白品种126份,高脂肪品种45份,高赖氨酸品种17份,优质品种45份。高蛋白品种、高赖氨酸品种、优质品种均以山西最多。黍和稷的品质有差异,黍的蛋白质、脂肪、赖氨酸含量均高于稷。黍稷品质与粒色亦有关,红粒的最好,褐粒的次之,白粒的居中,灰粒和黄粒的较差。 In this paper, the contents of protein, fat and lysine of 4213 broomcorn millet and proso millet varieties from many provinces (or regions) of China were analysed. 126 high protein varieties, 45 high fat varieties, 17 high lysine varieties and 45 high quality varieties were selected. The results showed that most of the varieties with high protein, high lysine or high quality grew in Shanxi. The quality of broomcorn millet was different from that of proso millet. The contents of protein, fat and lysine of broomcorn millet were higher than those of proso millet. The quality of broomcorn millet and proso millet varieties was related with seed colour. The quality of red seeds was the best, while that of brown seeds took the second place.
