志愿者是举办奥运会的重要组成部分。为了使 2 0 0 8年北京奥运会取得圆满成功 ,就如何建立一支精干的志愿者队伍、如何组织管理志愿者从七个方面进行了论述 ,旨在为北京奥运组委会提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Volunteers are a critical component of hosting the Olympic Games and play an important role in Olympic Games. In order to make Beijing Olympic Games a complete success, the author discusses how to build a force of competent volunteers, how to organize and manage volunteers from seven aspects so as to supply certain reference for Beijing Organizing Committee of Olympic Games.
