摘要
脂肪细胞 (fattycells)不只是一个储存脂肪的场所 ,它在体内还扮演了一个十分活跃的角色。由脂肪细胞分泌的多种物质如瘦素 (leptin)、脂肪酸 (fattyacids)、抵抗素 (resistin)和脂联素 (adiponectin)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)等与胰岛素抵抗和耐糖性之间有紧密的关系。运动对脂类代谢和胰岛素受体(insulinreceptor,IR)以及相关信号转导蛋白均有影响 ,所以运动可以在预防、治疗 2型糖尿病中起到重要的作用。
The fat cells release a variety of homonelike substances such as leptin, fatty acid, resistin, adiponectin,TNF-α and PPARγ.There are firm links between these proteins and insulin resistance and impaired glucose tolerance. Exercises exert influence on lipids, insulin receptors, insulin receptor substrates and proteins that are involved in signal transduction. As a result, exercises can prevent and treat the insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes.
