摘要
目的 :探讨肾移植术后移植肾失功再移植的护理对策。方法 :对 6例肾再移植患者的护理进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 :5例再移植成功 ,术后均获得随访 ,人 /肾存活 1年 2例 ,3年 1例 ,4年 2例 ;1例再移植出现加速排斥反应切除移植肾 ,并发严重肺部感染死亡。结论 :采取正确。
Objective:To explore for nursing measure about retransplantation for transplanted kidney failure.Method:6 cases receiving retransplantation had been retrospectively analyzed and concluded.Result:5 cases succeded,among which 2 cases survive 1 year;1 case for 3 years,2 cases survived 4 years;1 cases died from serious pulmonary infection following acute rejection.Conclusion:Correct and suitable nursing measure can promise transplantation success.
