摘要
通过紫外线诱变育种等手段,选育出产量高、品质好的大木耳优良新品种“北京大木耳”。该品种鲜耳生物学效率达到66.23%~68.90%,高产者达到82.08%。在耳片的形态和解剖上,也有增大、增厚等变化。
An improved variety of giant Auricularia was selected for high yield and high quality through ultra-violet mutation breeding. The biological efficiency of the fresh product reached 66.23%-88.90%with the highest efficiency of 82.08%.Morphological and anatomical improvement was also observed for the size and thickness of the ear.
