国内聚苯乙烯生产工艺述评

The review of production technology of polystyrene in China

对国内聚苯乙烯(PS)生产工艺技术近年来的发展情况进行了综述,重点介绍了引进的有代表性的工艺技术特点,对各工艺采用的不同流程和设备、装置的能耗和物耗等进行了对比分析;提出国内石化系统应进行联合攻关,开发世界级水平的PS生产成套技术,重视开发各专用牌号和PS后加工技术的研究,加强研究共聚合改性的PS产品。

This paper reviewed the recent years' development of production technology of polystyrene (PS) in China, emphatically introduced the technical features of the typical technologies imported from abroad, compared and analyzed the difference in process flow, equipment, energy and material consumption among the technologies. It was pointed out that the domestic petrochemical enterprises should make a joint effort to develop integrated commercial technology of PS with advanced level in the world, attach a great importance to developing various kinds of specialties and post-processing technique of PS and strengthen the studies on modification of PS product via copolymerization.
