利用母体外周血中胎儿DNA行产前诊断研究进展
摘要
母体外周血浆中存在一定数量的游离的胎儿DNA已为许多学者所证实,为非侵入性产前诊断提供了一个有广泛应用前景的途径 综述胎儿DNA在母体外周血中的特点。
