宫内节育器副作用和并发症的研究进展 被引量：21

摘要 了解宫内节育器(IUD)的副作用和并发症的情况,提出相应的对策和防治措施。通过回顾IUD的副作用和并发症的有关方面的文献,明确IUD的副作用和并发症主要为:异位妊娠、感染、嵌顿和穿孔、疼痛和出血过多甚至贫血,建议通过IUD的副作用和并发症的监测和研究,提高其使用的安全性,减少副作用和并发症的发生。
