摘要
文化差异是跨国并购活动失败的主要原因 ,而实施文化整合是保证跨国并购成功最主要的关键。跨国公司在华并购成功以后 ,有必要进行有效的文化整合 ,这是跨国公司在华并购成功以后减少文化冲突 ,从而达到预期目标必不可少的一个环节。
cultural difference is the main reason for the failure of transnational mergers and acquisitions while implementing cultural integration is the key to their success. It is necessary for transnational corporations, after their mergers and acquisitions in China, to carry our effective cultural integration, which is indispensable for alleviating cultural conflicts and achieving expected goals.
