摘要
在应用LOM技术的快速原型 (RP)系统中 ,运动控制卡广泛用于轮廓控制 ,驱动刀具 (激光 )实现工件轮廓的切割。在分析RP系统控制需求的基础上设计并实现了由两台PC机组成的主从式系统 ,克服了原系统中存在的问题 ,提高了轮廓加工的速度和精度。该系统在新加坡Kinergy公司的ZIP PYI型RP机上改装成功 。
In rapid prototyping (RP) system using LOM technology, the motion_controlling card is widely used in contour control, driving tool (laser) for cutting workpiece contour. Based on analysis on the control requirement of RP system, the text analyzes and realizes a master_slave system consisting of two PCs, which overcomes the problems in previous system, increases the speed and accuracy for contour machining. The system has been successfully used in ZIPPYI RP unit of Singapore Kinergy Co., and it has got a good practical effect.
