数字图书馆的特点及其建设刍议

根据数字图书馆的信息资源数字化、信息传递网络化、信息利用共享化、信息提供知识化、信息实体虚拟化的五大特点 ,从资金投入、分工协调、信息资源标准化管理、知识产权维护、提高工作人员素质、用户教育等六个方面论述了我国数字图书馆的建设不是一蹴而就的 ,需要加强基础工作 ,循序渐进 。

According to the five features of digital library,i e ,digital information resources,network of information delivery,communion of information utilization,knowledge of information provision,and conjecture of information entity,the essay discusses that digital library in China cannot be accomplished in an action from six aspects.They are funds input,work division and coordination,standard management of information resources,maintenance of knowledge property,improvement of the worker's character and customer education.We need enforce basic work and follow the sequence and advance gradually,then success will come when conditions are ripe.
