摘要
基于在高氯酸溶液中痕量铁对过氧化氢氧化罗丹明 6G具有催化作用 ,建立了催化荧光法测定痕量铁的新方法。方法的检出限为 1.4× 10 - 8g·ml- 1,线性范围为 0 .0 2 0 .6 μg·ml- 1。该方法用于人发、面粉中痕量铁的测定 。
It is reported that trace amounts of iron(Ⅲ) were determined by a catalytic reaction based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of rhodamine 6G by hydrogen peroxide in a dilute HClO 4 medium. The catalytic oxidation of rhodamine 6G led to an extinguishing of its fluorescence, and the decrease in fluorescence intensity (Δ F ) was found to keep linearity with the Fe(Ⅲ) concentration in the range of 0.02~0.6μg·ml -1 , with a detection limit of 1.4×10 -8 g·ml -1 . The proposed method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace amounts of iron(Ⅲ) in human hair and in wheat flour.
