摘要 在磷酸介质中 ,在Mn(Ⅱ )和氨三乙酸存在下 ,β 环糊精 (β CD)对Ce(Ⅳ )氧化二安替比林基 对羟基苯乙烯基甲烷 (DApHPVM )的显色反应具有明显的增稳和增敏作用 ,建立了测定铈的光度法体系 ,产物至少可稳定 4h ,最大吸收波长为λmax=5 40nm ,ε =2 .2 9× 10 6 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,Ce(Ⅳ )量在 0 .2 1.5 μg/ 2 5ml范围内具有线性关系 ,用于镁合金中微量铈的测定 。 In a phosphoric acid medium, and in the presence of Mn(Ⅱ) and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), the oxidative chromogenic reaction of Ce(Ⅳ) with diantipyryl p hydroxy phenylvinyl methane (DA p HPVM) was obviously sensitized and stablized by β cyclodextrin ( β CD). The reaction product has its absorption maxima at 540nm. The absorbances obtained were directly proportional to the concentration of Ce(Ⅳ) in the range of 0.2 to 1.5μg/25ml. The color of the reaction product was stable at least for 4h. The molar absorptivity (in terms of Ce(Ⅳ)) achieved to a value of ( ε 540 ) 2.29×10 6L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Based on these facts, a method for the determination of cerium in magnesium alloy was established.
