异位妊娠自血回输应用价值及安全性分析(附60例分析)

Analysis on the Application Value and Safety of Autohemotransfilsion in 60 Cases of Ectopic Gestation

目的:观察异位妊娠自血回输应用价值及安全性。方法:选择适当病例,剖腹探查时回输腹腔游离血,观察术后红细胞变化情况及术后不良反应。结果:输自体血后红细胞及血红蛋白显著提高,未出现明显的不良反应。结论:异位妊娠自血回输是安全有效的,值得临床应用推广,但要严格掌握适应症,注意不良反应出现。

Objective:To study the application value and safety of autohemotransfusion for women with ectopic gestation.Methods; The cases were chosen to be given their own nomadic blood in abdominal cavity while the exploratory laparotomy was performed. After operation, the changing condition of red blood cells and the untoward effects were observed. Results: After transfusion of the patient' s own blood, the counts of red blood cells and haemoglobin increased.There were no evident untoward effects. Conclusion: The autohemotransfusion is safe and effective for women with ectopic gestation and is worth popularizing clinically. It is necessary to have a good grasp of indications and to watch for untoward effects.
