白内障超声乳化术后早期单纯疱疹病毒感染的临床研究

Clinical study of the herpes simplex virus injection earlier after phacoemulsification

目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术后早期单纯疱疹病毒 (HSV)感染的治疗方法和评价治疗效果。方法 对 2 8例 (2 8只眼 )白内障超声乳化术后早期 HSV感染者应用无环鸟苷眼药水和 a-干扰素眼药水以及低浓度地塞米松眼药水治疗 ,并与 36例 (36只眼 )单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎 (HSK)采用同样方法治疗对比。结果 两组的疗效比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,两组的疗程比较有差异性 (P<0 .0 5 )或显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 白内障超声乳化术后早期 HSV感染的治疗是有效的 ,其所需要疗程要比 HSK的疗程长。

Objective\ To investigate the curative method and effect of herpes simplex virus(HSV)injection earlier after phacoemulsification.Methods\ To make a comparison in effect between two groups,28 eyes of 28 patients of HSV injection earlier after phacoemulsification and 36 eyes of 36 patients of herpes simplex keratitis(HSK),cured with the same Eyedrop of zovirax,α interferon(α IFN)and low density dexamethasone(DSM).Results\ The difference of the curative effect between two groups was not significant( P >0 05) But there was significant change in the period of treatment( P <0 01) ConclusionThe treatment of the HSV injection earlier after phacoemulsification with lower density DSM is effective,but the period of treatment is longer
