The problems which come of non-standard securitisation are becoming more and more severe, and have seriously influenced the healthy development of stock market as well as have greatly harmed investors' interests. The main reasons leading to non-standard securitisation behavior were analyzed and the responding ways to comprehensively govern the non-standard behavior concerning Chinese practical conditions were put forward.
