清季驻设福建的外国领馆和外国领事

The Foreign Consulates and Consuls in Fujian Province During the Late Qing Period

陈增辉教授是福建师范大学历史系中外关系史研究与中国基督教史研究两门学科的主要开创人之一。他主持编写并出版有《清季中外使领年表》、《清末教案》等重要著作。清季驻设福建的外国领馆与外国领事 ,陈增辉教授已有诸多重要研究成果 ,但仍有一些具体问题还有待进一步查考。根据新近出版的有关资料 ,本文作了进一步的补充 ,并对陈增辉教授有关学术观点作进一步的阐发。

This paper is written to celebrate the 100th birthday of the late Professor Cheng Zeng hui.He initially established in the history department of Fujian Normal University the two important disciplines, which are the history of Sino foreign relations and the history of Christianity in China. Qindai zhongwai shilin nianbiao (the annals of the foreign consulates and consuls in China and Chinese consulates and consuls in other countries),and, Qingmo Jiaoan (Christian cases in late Qing period), were edited under his sponsorship. Although Professor Cheng had done accomplished work in the subject of foreign consulates and consuls in Fujian Province during the late Qing, there are still some problems unsettled. Based on the newly published data, the paper provides some attachment with it and further enunciates the academic viewpoints of professor Chengs.
