企业孵化器的创新效应以及在我国的创新

Business Incubator's Innovation Domino effect and its Innovation in China

企业孵化器是随着新技术产业革命的兴起而发展起来的一种新型的经济组织 ,它在推动高新技术成果转化、孵化中小企业等方面发挥了巨大作用。企业孵化器改变了企业生成的传统模式 ,具有创新效应。我国的企业孵化器经过十多年的探索 ,走出了一条有自己特色的孵化器发展之路。但从整体上看 ,目前国内的企业孵化器大多服务功能不完善 ,孵化手段和功能单一 ,孵化能力的建设有待加强。

As a new-style economy organization developing along with the rising of the new-tech revolutionary, business incubator has exert great functions in many aspects such as promoting the industrialization of the new-high technology products and incubating small-middle enterprises. It alters the traditional inborn model of enterprises and therefore shows its innovation effect. After more than ten years' exploration, a distinct way of development for the business incubator of China has been established. On the whole, however, business incubators in current China still have some problems such as imperfection of its service functions, the simplicity of its incubator model and function, and the lack of its incubator capacity.
