高炉炉身水冷模块浇注料的研制与应用

Development and application of castable for water-cooled die block of blast furnace stack

根据水冷模块的技术特点和特殊要求 ,以高铝矾土熟料为主原料研制出了施工性能好、强度高、热震稳定性好、免烘烤的高炉炉身水冷模块浇注料。此浇注料配合水冷模块技术应用于柳钢的 4座高炉上 ,不仅使高炉的冶炼强度大大提高 ,焦比明显降低 ,铁水质量得到提高 ,而且高炉炉身的中修时间缩短 。

The castable for water cooled die block of blast furnace stack was developed using high alumina bauxite clinker as major starting material on the basis of the technical characteristics of the water cooled die block and its special requirement for the materials.The developed castable is featured by good installation property,high strength and thermal shock resistance and being baking free.The castable not only raised the metallurgy intensity of blast furnace and decreased coke to metal ratio markedly,and raised the liquid iron quality,but also shortened the repair time of the blast furnace when corporately used with water cooled die block technology,and good application results and remarkable economic benefit were obtained.
