APP/ PER- 4A与 APP/ PER体系的对比实验结果表明 ,TGA的第三热失重峰明显降低 ,XPS的C1 s相对谱峰强度随温度升高明显增加。同时测定了 Cox/ Ca、Si/ Al比随温度变化。表明 4 A分子筛在低温下对 APP/ PER膨胀阻燃体系发生催化酯化反应 ,在高温下 Si/ Al比升高 ,产生表面层动力学运动。酸的活性增加 ,有利于 APP/
The comparative study on APP (ammonium polyphosphate)/PER (pentaerythritol) and 4A APP/PER flame retardant systems was reviewed. It shows that the intensity of the third peak in TGA (thermogravimetric analysis) is reduced evidently and the relative intensity of C 1s spectra in XPS increases dramatically with temperature. In addition, XPS data on the C ox /C a and Si/Al ratio in system of 4A APP/PER also alteres with temperature. It is indicated that 4A zeolite catalyzes the esterification reaction between APP and PER at lower temperature while the Si/Al ratio of the zeolite is growing at higher temperature leading to dynamics movement on the surface and enhancement of the acid activity, in favor of APP/PER flame retardant systems.
